Actively recruited to increase viewership as experienced, well rounded Reporter and Co-Anchor.
Anchor of first news show to win its time period in station history.
Known as the best ad-libber in the building, was called in to anchor in emergencies.
Solo-anchored station’s first internet election night broadcast for five hours without commercial interruption.

KEYE TV: CBS Owned & Operated Austin, Texas January, 2003-October 2005
Hired as 5PM Anchor. Covered major national stories including Hurricane Katrina.
Wrote, reported and co-produced 30-minute public affairs show Depression, which was nominated for a national Emmy Award.
Anchored 40th anniversary of JFK's assassination live with Dan Rather in Dallas.
